Updates for shared connections and UDP
This alpha updates how shared connections and UDP traffic are handled. The single-instance TCP/Vision + QUIC UDP setup remains available; these changes are not a promise of higher speed on every network.
Upgrade both endpoints for adaptive mux. Review the performance configuration and release verification before deploying.
